Cabal, as mentioned hereinafter, is a division of NGGT (Pty) Ltd. Cabal is a business in the bicycle industry that sells Cabal Bicycles and bicycle products.All shipping takes place with our reputable couriers. Any missing items will be delivered to you free of charge. For orders outside of South Africa, we will contact you before shipping to inform you of any additional shipping charges.The provision of goods and services by Cabal is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Cabal will refund the client within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. All of our shipments are insured for the transit period. Please examine the package immediately with receipt for damages before signing for shipment. Any damage must be communicated to Cabal and the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt. Should the product be damaged before receipt, then the original package should be sent back to Cabal along with the copy of invoice. Cabal will send you email notification of bicycle collection, but please be sure to contact Cabal before you return the original package. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within two business days and order will be confirmed by way of email. The purchase contract only becomes legally effective when goods are delivered in accordance with the delivery note.
Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express cards or by way of transfer into the Cabal bank account, he details of which will be provided on request.

Card transactions will be acquired for Cabal via Paygate (Pty Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for South African Acquiring Banks. Paygate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3(SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
