It is with great satisfaction that I write you this email to express my gratitude for the Cabal purchase experience.

1. Keeping to your promise. You set a timeline from beginning to end and it was met and honored despite having parts of the process not 100% in your control! You assured me that I would love the SRAM group set despite being a die-hard Shimano supporter and once again you came through big time!

2. Fluid process. From the moment I placed the order until it was shipped you kept me informed and made sure that communication flowed. This is a rare quality businesses have with their customers, so Kudos to you for that!

3. Creative process. I'm a big fan of Bespoke, from clothing, to shoes, but never did I believe it was possible for my bike... And not to sound like a broken record but you and your team came through on this and exceeded my expectations! The quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail you and your team put towards my bike...man I am impressed!

Now let's talk about the bike and what has been my experience... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I'll be honest and confess that I was planning on having the Cabal as my second bike... But after all that I mentioned above and the overall ride... I can assure you that it's my main bike! It's nimble, agile, fast, comfortable and quite simply a joy to ride!

I've owned quite a few bikes over the years from. Specialized to Cannondale to Bianchi but I can say I'm in Love with the Cabal! I didn't want to say this, but it has to be said... Cabal is the best value for money and honestly (especially now that I've got mine) you should raise your prices!

This decision was entirely based on my personal taste, and I had the opportunity to explore various options. The Cabal team even went the extra mile by designing multiple concepts for me to consider. It was a delightful dilemma to choose among the fantastic choices they presented, and I eventually narrowed it down to three options, which I printed out and deliberated over for a while.

Throughout the painting process, I was kept well-informed about the progress, and the anticipation was building. When the day finally arrived, and the box was delivered to me in Johannesburg, I couldn't contain my excitement. It was like Christmas morning for a kid as I eagerly tore open the box to unveil my dream bike, proudly bearing my name. Assembly was a breeze, and it fit perfectly according to my measurements. I couldn't wait to hit the road.

My initial ride on the Cabal Aero 2 was nothing short of spectacular. It offered the smoothest ride I've ever experienced, and each day, I feel incredibly fortunate to be cycling on this remarkable machine. My fellow biking enthusiasts have also taken notice, praising the bike's uniqueness, not only in terms of its stunning paint job but also for all the impressive features it boasts.

In summary, the Cabal Aero 2 has exceeded my expectations at every turn, from the buying process to the thrill of the first ride. It's more than just a bike; it's a work of art and engineering marvel. I couldn't be happier with my choice, and I look forward to many more exhilarating rides on this exceptional piece of equipment.

Excellent bike, custom made and with beautiful colours and design. I brought mine back from Cape Town to Berlin where I currently live , and it's incredible!!I’ve travelled and lived in many countries, joining different cycling groups… and for the first time, my bike is a great topic of discussion: it’s really a special bike. I recently purchased a Cabal bike, and I can only say that it's been an amazing experience! From the start till the end, the process is really smooth and so fast.

The cabal website already gives quite some great information about the bike but then you have the opportunity to engage directly with the owner, Robert, who is passionate about his business and really helps you navigate through all the different steps.

As soon as my decision was made, my measures were taken by Debbie and you feel in great professional hands being advised about the right frame size, handle bar and stem, and components. Right after, Robert connects you with the designer who is also of great help to push your creativity and great at listening to your requests. I was promised the bike in 2 weeks and it actually only took 11 days for Robert to personally deliver the bike! Now about the Cabal bike itself.

The Cabal bike being tailor-made to fit my body is a game-changer. The level of personalization is unseen. From the handlebars to the saddle, every component has been customized to ensure I am comfortable and fast. It's like having a bike that was designed exclusively for me. The ability to choose the bike's painting allowed me to make it even more uniquely mine. The feeling of riding my Cabal bike is pure pleasure. The smoothness of each pedal stroke, the precision of the gears, and the responsiveness of the bike all contribute to an incredibly enjoyable riding experience. It's as if the bike anticipates my every move. It goes with me when I go off the saddle uphill and feel very secure downhill.

Every ride on my Cabal bike is an adventure. Whether I'm exploring scenic roads around Cape Town or navigating busy streets, this bike handles it all. I just can't get enough of it! One of the things I love the most about riding my Cabal is the sense of freedom it gives me. My bike has become my way to escape, allowing me to explore new places and meet different people as the bike is so awesome, it attracts people's attention.

Finally, speaking of quality, Cabal has done an amazing job: the attention to details is evident. You can feel their passion into creating a top quality product. In conclusion, my Cabal bike is way more than a bike for me; it's a source of pleasure, freedom, and endless adventure. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I totally recommend Cabal to anyone looking for a premium biking experience. And as I wanted to share the experience, I already bought a second Cabal bike for my daughter and she is loving it!

I came across Cabal through a very positive magazine review for their Aero 2 bike. I was immediately attracted by the combination of top quality components, locally fitted and assembled, with a custom paint job. The fitting process was very efficient, and as it turns out, spot on. We developed the design together, and in about a week, the bike was delivered. Service and comms were great throughout. I couldn't be happier with my bike: fast, comfortable & unique.
